Need a Property

We listen in detail about your property requirements and the goals you are trying to achieve. This includes location, condition, size, proximity to local amenities, schools, together with your budget. We then create a plan/strategy foryour property success. At no additional cost we also provide a tour of the desired location/areas to match your needs.

Search Properties

Many properties are publicly advertised for sale however, many are not. Approximately 25% of properties that we purchase for our clients are Off market. Our team have extensive Real Estate and industry networks giving YOU access to even more properties than those listed on internet sites or simply advertised in newspapers. An initial list of suitable properties that match your needs is prepared. We inspect each on your behalf and finally compile a short list.

Property Appraisal/Market Value

Once suitable properties have been identified and short listed, we conduct due-diligence providing property report/s to you which include an appraisal of the property and its market value. Indeed for many of our clients, particularly those from overseas, this is the only time that you will need to spend on the property search. Everything else will be taken care of by our team of experts. Rest assured, though, that the search will continue until your ideal Sydney property meets all your expectations.

Negotiate & Deliver

Once you have chosen a property our Team implements tough negotiation strategies, giving you the “Advantage” to secure the property. Whether it’s at Auction or Private Sale, negotiations are conducted in order to ensure that the property has been secured at the best possible price.
